Client Engagements
When you engage Lumen Innovation LLC for development services, a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Project Agreement) governs the scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables for that engagement. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement.
Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding balances.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Lumen Innovation LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
For client projects: upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. Lumen Innovation retains the right to use general-purpose libraries, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
